But the question is, when you should get PHRI OR SPHRI?
PHRI:
In this certificate, you need at least one year of experience in the field of human resources if you hold a master’s degree, and two years of experience if you hold a bachelor’s degree, and then you can get it, and you will learn in it.
SPHRi:
certification is designed for HR managers.
In the attached design, the standards of each certification are according to HRCI.
SO, there is no preference for one certificate over another, two certificates are not related to each other.
It is enough that you have passed the requirements for years of experience, and then you can obtain the certificate you want
